Job summary

Invited Clubs in the Washington, DC area is seeking a Beverage Cart Attendant to deliver exceptional F&B service on the golf course and in designated club areas. You will greet members by name, anticipate needs, and ensure a polished, friendly experience.

You will stock carts, handle payments, follow health and safety guidelines, and collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to uphold Invited's standards of guest care and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service.
• Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow instructions.
• Strong commitment to maintaining the highest ethical work standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional F&B service standards.
• Greet members by name and introduce yourself to guests.
• Provide timely coverage of assigned course areas and anticipate visits every 4-5 holes.
• Assist members and guests with requests and maintain a clean environment.
• Stock the beverage cart with food, beverages, ice, and supplies.
• Operate the golf cart safely and in accordance with policies.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily transactions.
• Document spills and waste using daily par vs. usage sheets.
• Maintain knowledge of products and upsell where applicable.
• Use tee sheets to identify members and provide personalized experiences.
