Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts using basic math.
• Must be 21 years or older due to alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests.
• Observe guest reactions and confer with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times and resolve guest complaints happily.
• Set up beverage cart with appropriate beverages and food per hotel policies.
• Record inventory of beverages and snacks at start and end of shift.
• Drive beverage carts to designated stops while following safety rules.
• Accurately perform cash transactions.
• Keep stock of beverages, ice, napkins, and snacks.
