Job summary

• Observe guest reactions and confer with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints.
• Record inventory and manage stock of beverages and snacks.
• Record hours accurately and adhere to timekeeping policies.
• Drive beverage carts to designated stops and perform cash transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of prices and dates of beverages.
