Job summary
Mira Vista Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a career-driven Assistant Superintendent to join a premier private golf operation. You will work with an accomplished agronomic leadership team to maintain and continually improve a recently renovated championship course.

Qualifications
- Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience supervising maintenance staff and operations.
- Understanding of turfgrass management and agronomic programs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily golf course maintenance operations.
- Execute fertility, irrigation, plant protection and cultural practices.
- Monitor and maintain championship-quality playing conditions.
- Supervise, train, and develop maintenance staff.
- Assist with budgeting, inventory management and recordkeeping.
