Mt. Lebanon is seeking a Golf Course Assistant Maintenance Superintendent to assist with daily maintenance of the Mt. Lebanon Golf Course, buildings, grounds, and equipment.
The role includes turf management, irrigation work, and pesticide applications, with potential supervisory duties for part-time staff. Applicants must hold a high school diploma or GED, have at least a year of full-time golf course maintenance experience, and obtain a PA Category 7 pesticide license within 6 months.

By State law, all positions that work directly with minors require three background clearances to be obtained prior to the first day of work. Allow 4–6 weeks to obtain all clearances. If you work for at least one month, we will reimburse the cost of the clearances ($60.25) that are obtained for you to work for us.

The Golf Course Assistant Maintenance Superintendent assists with the daily maintenance of the Mt. Lebanon Golf Course buildings, grounds and equipment.

Vacation Leave: Starting at 10 days/year.
Holiday Pay: Mt. Lebanon observes ten (10) paid holidays per year.
Sick leave: You will accrue eight (8) hours of sick leave per month.
Retirement: Employees are eligible for a full defined benefit pension at age 60 with 25 years of service (Vesting period is 7 years). Employees are also enrolled in a Retirement Health Savings Plan, and may also enroll in an optional deferred compensation plan.
