The Golf Cook will work as a short order cook for the Majestic Oaks Pro Shop area.

  • Responsible for taking orders, and servicing customers
  • Prep and make cold sandwiches and wraps
  • Grilling, cooking and frying foods
  • Ordering and stocking kitchen and food supplies through company requisition process
  • Maintains good cleaning and sanitation habits throughout the area of assignment, including tables, shelves, the grill and fryer
  • Responsible for daily setting up and breaking down of tables used outdoor for food preparation
  • Makes certain that all products needed to assure a smooth service period are handy and well stocked on the line
  • Follows the established guidelines for menu and recipes
  • Maintains a superior quality level of food production at all times
  • Responsible for the closing down of the kitchen at the end of shift
  • Responsible to assist F&B Attendants as needed with drink orders

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, hands to feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to walk; and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

The position is outdoors; and is exposed to hot, humid and/or cold conditions at times. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The staff member will work in a high traffic/high volume business environment and will be required to spend a majority of their time on their feet.
