Job summary

The Northern Texas PGA offers a spring internship in Dallas focused on communications and content. You will create and post engaging media around events, help grow the organization’s digital presence, and support the team with photos, videos, and copy.

The role is primarily on-site with some office days and requires travel to Dallas/Fort Worth events. Ideal candidates are students in a college program with a passion for photography, videography, and social media, plus strong written

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Apple computers and macOS.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Experience drafting and publishing a press release.
• Experience with Adobe Creative, including Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom.
• Photography and videography experience.
• Experience managing social media.
• Willingness to travel within the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities

• Cover NTPGA events through photography and posting real-time content.
• Produce, capture and edit content highlighting the NTPGA and related programs.
• Manage NTPGA social media outlets (Facebook, Flickr, Instagram, X, YouTube).
• Create and edit recap videos after tournaments and events.
• Film and edit content for NTPGA social channels.
• Assist with the social content calendar and brand voice in materials.
• Coordinate interviews with juniors, parents and PGA professionals.
• Assist with website updates and email promotions.
