Job summary

The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) invites students to join its Digital Productions and Social Media program as interns in Arlington, TX. You will assist with camera setup, photo/video shoots, and social media content production while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic public-sector team.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a Dallas-Fort Worth area college, able to work at least 20 hours per week, and eager to develop storytelling assets for transportation

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university during employment.
• No prior work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with camera setup/takedown and equipment maintenance.
• Scheduling photo shoots and video shoots.
• Taking internal and external photographs.
• Working with supervisor to make minor edits to photographs.
• Assisting with video production for Transportation Department social media channels and websites.
• Developing storyboards for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
