Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Club Services Associate to perform club repairs and front-end duties, delivering world-class service to every customer. You will re-grip and re-shaft clubs, measure loft and lie, and handle returns, exchanges, and promotions while maintaining a premier store presentation.

You will diagnose club issues, discuss repair options and timelines with customers, and document orders for inventory tracking, all while upholding safety and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in retail materials handling, club repair or similar preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Execute all Club Services, incl. re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie adjustments.
• Manage front-end operations: returns, exchanges, gift cards, loyalty rewards.
• Maintain premier merchandise presentation and accurate service records.
• Communicate repair options, costs, and timelines clearly to customers.
• Document repair orders and track progress in the Golf & Tennis app.
• Support inventory management and uphold safety and ethical standards.
