Job summary

Qualifications
- 2-4 years of engineering, product development, or innovation experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Design, or related discipline.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling with NX experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of CAD automation and Python scripting.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation and development of innovative golf club concepts, constructions, and features.
- Apply computational design methodologies to evaluate and refine engineering solutions.
- Assist with topology optimization, lattice design, and lightweighting studies including nTop workflows.
- Translate engineering concepts into 3D parametric CAD models.
- Perform engineering analyses related to performance, durability, acoustics, and cost.
- Support prototype development with suppliers and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain design automation tools, scripts, and digital workflows.
- Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, and suppliers to develop and validate prototypes.
