Job summary

Twice is seeking a part-time guest service attendant at Tiburon Golf Club in Naples, FL. You will support a positive guest experience by handling bags, assisting with club cleaning, and contributing to golf operations while learning the course.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 6–12 months of customer service experience, and reliable weekend/holiday attendance. Benefits include medical coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Six months to a year of customer service experience.
• Regular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide sincere and courteous service to all guests, including bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintain the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.
• Prepare golf carts for play following Troon Golf standards.
• Perform range maintenance, including maintaining practice ball supply, bag stands, ball pyramids, and overall upkeep.
