Job summary

JDM Golf is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to handle routine and preventive maintenance across the golf club. You will support Wigwam Golf operations, ensuring safe, functional facilities and timely response to requests.

Responsibilities include general maintenance, painting, PMs, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and installation tasks. Strong problem-solving, independence, and detailed work ethic are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred.
• Experience in facility maintenance, handyman services, or general repair.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• General facility maintenance and repair across golf club areas.
• Respond to work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs and inspections.
• Perform painting, drywall patches, and minor surface repairs.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing tasks; replace fixtures and troubleshoot issues.
• Installation and assembly of shelves, signage, and fixtures.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and monitor vendor work.
• Maintain tools and report repairs or replacements as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and use PPE; follow all procedures.
