Job summary

Purgatory Golf Club in Noblesville, IN is seeking part-time Guest Service Attendants to maintain carts, ranges, and guest services. You will assist with tournaments, club cleaning, and customer support to ensure a smooth golfing experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months to one year of customer service experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.
• Assists in setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provides courteous service to guests including bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintains the cart staging area, podium and bag drop area in a neat, orderly condition.
• Prepares golf carts for play following Troon Golf standards.
• Educates players on course policies, cart policies and pace of play.
• Assists players with changing spikes if needed.
• Maintains range facilities and ball inventory throughout the day.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Keeps records of golfers renting clubs.
• Cleans rental clubs and services customers renting clubs.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Cleans golfers’ clubs after play.
• Practices safe work habits and performs other duties as required.
