Job summary

Troon, the world’s largest golf and clubhouse operator, invites you to join Max A Mandel Golf Course in Laredo, TX as an Outside Service Attendant (Cart/Range Staff). This part-time on-site role focuses on guest service and golf operations.

You will assist with cart and range maintenance, help players, and support tournaments while upholding Troon standards.

A High School Diploma or GED and customer service experience are required; benefits include healthcare, 401(k) and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months customer service experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with upkeep of clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.
• Assist in setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provide courteous service with bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintain cart staging area, podium and bag drop area.
