American Golf Corporation, a leader in golf hospitality, seeks a Cart Range Bag Attendant at Lely Resort Golf Country Club in Naples, FL. You will assist guests, maintain carts and the range, and help ensure a high standard of daily operation.

Responsibilities include greeting members, operating and maintaining equipment, and providing excellent service while supporting golf operations and programs. Flexibility for varied schedules is required.

Qualifications

• The ability to operate the equipment: golf cart, golf ball picker, ball washer, ball dispenser, pressure washer and golf cart jack.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills are required for this position.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Education in golf or related field is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide instruction on proper cart handling.
• Maintain golf cart fleet: wash/detail, stock amenities, report problems to a supervisor.
• Maintain the range: ensure range balls, mats rotation, lighting, and cleanliness.
• Provide customer service and direct concerns to a supervisor.
• Perform routine maintenance on carts (e.g., tires, spark plugs) and range (water in coolers, trash removal).
• Train other cart attendants as requested to ensure service continuity.
• Support all American Golf initiatives and programs as requested by management.
• Other duties may be assigned by management.
