Job summary

Pinehurst Resort is seeking a Golf Cart Attendant to provide and maintain golf carts for the entire operation. You will ensure carts are prepared for daily play with attention to detail and strong guest service, supporting a seamless experience for members and visitors.

The role emphasizes safety, efficient staging, and proper handling of carts in a busy golf environment, with duties including cleanup, organization, and coordination for group outings.

Qualifications

• Must handle daily responsibilities with consistent performance.
• Focus on safety and etiquette within a golf environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Stage & detail golf carts each morning before play.
• Fold towels and refill sand bottles for clean carts.
• Prepare golf carts for corporate/group outings.
• Keep cart return area clear of traffic backups.
• Thoroughly clean trash left in carts.
• Wash dirt from carts’ floors and exteriors.
• Detail carts regularly as requested.
• Return personal items found to the Golf Shop.
• Identify and retrieve abandoned carts.
• Maintain clean workspace and drain areas every evening.
• Park all carts and charge them after play; report missing carts.
