Job summary

Henson Creek Golf Course in Fort Washington, MD seeks a Golf Cart Attendant to support daily cart operations and provide friendly customer service. Responsibilities include cart cleaning, charging, loading bags, and assisting guests while coordinating with the Pro Shop and maintenance teams.

The role is outdoors, requires a valid driver's license, reliability, and a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Seasonal benefits and health plans are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with the public.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be on time and able to work on a designated schedule.

Responsibilities

• Cart Maintenance & Presentation: keep carts clean, charged, and ready for use; report issues to maintenance.
• Customer Service: greet golfers and assist with bags and course information.
• Safety & Sanitation: educate on cart safety and sanitize high-touch surfaces.
• Communication & Coordination: coordinate with Pro Shop and maintenance for cart availability.
• Inventory & Lost and Found Management: monitor inventory and manage lost items.
• Event Support & Other Duties: assist with cart logistics for tournaments and busy periods.
