Job summary

The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach is seeking a Golf Cart and Bag Attendant to ensure a smooth transition for members and their guests around the club.

Responsibilities include loading and staging carts, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with tournament setups, and delivering courteous service while adhering to club standards. This role requires flexible hours, neat appearance, and professional interaction with members and staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening skills and eagerness to provide excellent customer service.
• Flexible scheduling and availability including weekends and holidays.
• Neat and well-groomed in accordance to standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service to members and guests, ensuring efficiency of cart loading, cart cleanliness, staging and storing.
• Meet and greet members and guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Operate range ball recovery using both mechanical and hand machinery and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of range baskets used for ball transportation according to policies and procedures.
• Keep all working areas attractive, neat and clean free of trash and waste.
• Maintain cleanliness of range balls and ensure usability.
• Open and close cart and range operations following procedures.
• Keep outside area neat and clean and ensure carts do not clog passageways.
• Inspect carts for cleanliness, appearance, and fueling; rotate carts for even usage.
