Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Golf Cart Attendant | Lakeside | Seasonal for the beautiful Barton Creek Country Club. If you love hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences, you'll enjoy working with Omni. Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance according to Omni standards, with scheduling based on resort needs.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper attire and name tag.
• Greet guests and members enthusiastically.
• Use member names consistently to personalize service.
• Explain golf cart GPS, course conditions, cart rules, and other relevant information to guests and members.
• Care for golf clubs, including cleaning, storing, and transporting.
• Provide timely service for golf bag movement from valet to staging areas.
• Maintain and detail golf carts, including cleaning, stocking, and driving.
• Move golf carts to the cart barn at the end of the day.
• Keep storage areas neat and clean.
• Assist with outside services for golf tournaments.
• Ensure presentation aligns with Omni standards.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Golf or related field education preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Able to work 8-10 hours per day.
• Exposure to weather conditions.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate a golf cart safely.
