Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Golf Cart Attendant for a Naples property. You will greet guests, help with loading bags, and ensure a smooth golf experience with courteous, efficient service.

The role requires flexibility, weekend/holiday availability, and a proactive, friendly attitude. Training covers cart operations, safety, and guest interaction to help deliver the Pyramid experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years of age and hold a valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Pleasant personality.
• Flexible with work schedule.
• Weekends and holidays required.
• Knowledge of property and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Greet each guest with a smile and warm welcome when they arrive and after they finish their round.
• Promptly load/unload golfers bags from the Bag Drop, Bag room, and Guest Services area.
• No guest will carry his or her own bag.
• Clean golf clubs as they come in from a round or practice.
• Keep the Staging Area stocked with carts.
• Maintain the Practice Range.
• Follow the instruction of the Professional Staff during outings and tournaments.
• Maintain a neat, clean work area at all times.
