Job summary

CADDIEMASTER is hiring a Golf Caddie in New Canaan, CT for the 2026 season, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time roles. Enjoy working outdoors while meeting golfers from around the world. Shifts mainly Fridays through Sundays offer the chance to earn $300–$1,100 per week depending on loops completed.

Candidates should be able to carry two bags up to 35 pounds and possess general golf knowledge. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is welcomed.

• General golf knowledge; professional golf experience not required.
• Outgoing, customer-first personality.
• Able to carry two bags up to 35 pounds walking the course multiple times a day.
• Experience in related outdoor or hospitality roles may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully engage with golfers and club visitors, delivering first-class customer service.
• Ac company golfers throughout the length of the course, carrying golf bags up to 35 pounds each.
• Provide course knowledge and information.
• Assist golfers with decision-making.
• Calculate yardage for golfers.
• Locate errant shots.
• Maintain the course.
• Clean clubs and golf balls.
