Gimme's Par & Grill in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring for Golf Bay Support / Golf Operations Assistant to help run our high-volume indoor golf facility. You will learn TrackMan and TruGolf Multisport while supporting golf bay operations and guest services.

This entry-level role offers exposure to golf technology and hospitality, working with Golf Professionals and a busy team. Weekend availability is required and full-time hours are offered at our Downtown Grand Rapids location.

Qualifications

• Friday evening availability and open Saturdays and Sundays.
• Golf knowledge and enthusiasm is a plus but not required.
• Able to learn TrackMan and TruGolf Multisport systems.
• Able to work in a high-volume indoor golf facility.
• Willing to assist with hospitality and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and reset golf bays between reservations.
• Stock golf balls, tees and equipment; organize house clubs.
• Assist guests with basic simulator operation and tech troubleshooting.
• Assist servers and bartenders during busy periods; run drinks/food to bays.
• Maintain cleanliness of golf bays and surrounding areas.
• Help with golf reservation procedures and guest interaction.
