Job summary

Lake Monticello Golf Club, located in Palmyra, VA, is seeking a Golf Attendant to join Troon. You will assist with range ball retrieval, cart maintenance, player support, and course upkeep in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Ideal candidates show a positive attitude, reliability, and customer-service mindset. This is a part-time position with morning/evening/weekend/holiday availability and a compensation range of $12.77 to $14.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Pick and collect golf range balls from the driving range.
• Wash, clean, and maintain the golf cart fleet.
• Prepare golf carts for daily play, including staging, cleaning, and charging.
• Keep the cart barn, driving range, practice areas, and surrounding grounds clean and organized.
• Assist golfers with loading and unloading clubs as needed.
• Monitor and maintain practice facility supplies and equipment.
• Perform light maintenance and facility housekeeping duties.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to members and guests.
• Follow all safety procedures and golf course operating standards.
