Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines in Elko, NV is seeking an Experienced Underground Miner for the Goldrush Underground Production department. You will be part of a collaborative, diverse team in a fast-paced environment focused on safety and results.

Ideal candidates bring underground mining experience and a proven safety record, with flexibility to work a rotating nights/days schedule. This is a full-time role offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of underground mining experience (preferred)
• Underground and/or equipment operation experience (required)
• Excellent safety, attendance and work records (required)
• Demonstrate initiative as a team member in a growing, fast-paced environment (required)
• Ability to communicate with all Mine Operations personnel (required)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision (required)
• Previous haul truck driver or equipment operation experience (preferred)
• Rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.

The successful candidate is responsible for being a team player adding to our already, diverse, yet rewarding working environment. The ideal candidate will possess a background in underground mining, and metals.
