Pay Range

This range is provided by Richard DeShantz Restaurant Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — discuss with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Golden Gai is a recently opened, high-end space focusing on izakaya and sushi. It is part of the Richard DeShantz Restaurant Group, which includes Meat & Potatoes, Butcher and the Rye, Tako, Tako Torta, Sally Ann's, Fish nor Fowl, Coop de Ville, and Poulet Bleu. We seek dedicated, hardworking candidates who enjoy working in a close-knit team and thrive under pressure. We value team-oriented individuals interested in growth and skill development.

Requirements
  • Open availability, including evenings and weekends
  • 2+ years experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment
  • Sushi/Japanese cuisine experience is a significant advantage
  • Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and move during shifts, including bending and stooping
