Job summary

Gcore in the United States seeks an experienced Golang Engineer to build Kubernetes-native AI infrastructure and tooling for scalable inference and training workloads. You will design, implement, and optimize cloud-native Go services powering AI applications across GPU fleets.

You’ll collaborate with teams to enhance performance, reliability, and security while embracing Kubernetes ecosystem advances. This role offers hybrid or remote options on a global edge platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building Go services for Kubernetes controllers or operators.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture and resource management.
• Experience with cloud-native tooling and distributed systems design.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI inference and model training cloud products optimized for Kubernetes.
• Write clean Go code powering Kubernetes controllers, operators, and CRDs.
• Build APIs, CLIs, and developer tools for deployment, lifecycle management, and monitoring of AI apps.
• Develop features for serverless container workflows with fast cold starts and scalable workloads.
• Contribute to performance, reliability, and security focusing on GPU scheduling and data throughput.
• Stay updated on Kubernetes ecosystem advances and influence product roadmap.
