Job summary

CEI is seeking a.GoLang Developer with strong Linux expertise to design, develop and maintain secure authentication and identity-related solutions in a hybrid onsite setting in Washington, DC. You will work on features for authentication, authorization, and IAM, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure software.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Golang experience, solid Linux administration skills, and familiarity with LDAP/AD, SSO/MFA, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Golang development experience.
• Strong Linux background with 6+ years in Linux environments.
• Experience with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• PKI certificate management, SSH key management, Linux administration.
• Experience with Active Directory and LDAP, LDAP queries and user/group structures.
• Knowledge of authentication concepts including SSO and MFA.
• Experience developing new features and resolving defects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with accurate effort estimation.
• Experience reverse engineering and analyzing existing codebases.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Role: Golang Developer
Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite)
Rate: $68/hour W2
Location: Washington, DC

We are seeking a Golang Developer with strong Linux expertise and experience developing secure authentication and identity-related solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Golang, containerized environments, Linux administration, and authentication technologies such as LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, and MFA.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Golang development experience.
• Strong Linux background with 6+ years of experience working in Linux environments.
• Experience with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of:
  • PKI certificate management
  • SSH key management
  • Linux operating systems and administration
• Experience working with:
  • Active Directory and LDAP
  • LDAP queries, filters, and user/group structures
  • PAM (Pluggable Authentication Modules)
  • DNS and certificate-related open-source libraries/components
• Knowledge of authentication and access management concepts including:
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Experience developing new software features and enhancements.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects.
• Experience documenting technical solutions and system design.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements.
