Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong Go expertise to design and enhance cloud-native platforms focused on cloud optimization and FinOps enablement.

You will build scalable backend services in Go, contribute to frontend features with modern JavaScript, and collaborate with data and cloud operations teams to improve performance and cost visibility across distributed environments. Hybrid Atlanta location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong full stack background.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Go/Golang in production environments.
• Experience building scalable backend systems, APIs, and distributed applications.
• Strong cloud experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure (GCP preferred).
• Experience with Terraform (required) and containerization tools such as Docker.
• Proficiency with modern frontend technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript; React preferred).
• Experience working with AI-assisted coding tools in a professional engineering environment.
