Job description

Help Build a Stronger Lead-Generation and Digital Marketing System for a High-End Custom Home Builder

Supple Homes Inc. is seeking an experienced GoHighLevel, Website & SEO Specialist to manage our digital lead intake, follow-up systems, website performance, and search visibility.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong marketing knowledge with hands‑on technical ability. The right candidate will be comfortable managing the back end of a Webflow designed website, building and maintaining automations in GoHighLevel, improving lead‑response workflows, and developing an advanced SEO strategy that supports both traditional search engines and emerging AI‑powered search platforms.

Based in Menlo Park, California, Supple Homes is a boutique custom home builder with more than 20 years of experience delivering architect‑driven luxury residences throughout Silicon Valley. Our projects typically range from $4 million to $11 million and are known for thoughtful design, strong craftsmanship, and a high level of client service.

Our team is guided by three core values: Hunger to Evolve, Enjoy the Process, and No Hidden Agenda.

This position may begin as one broad role. As our marketing systems grow, the responsibilities may eventually be divided into separate marketing‑operations and website/SEO positions.

What You’ll Do
GoHighLevel and Lead Management
  • Manage and maintain the company’s GoHighLevel account, pipelines, forms, calendars, workflows, and automations
  • Oversee incoming lead intake and ensure inquiries are properly captured, categorized, assigned, and tracked
  • Build and improve automated email and SMS follow‑up sequences
  • Monitor leads throughout the intake and follow‑up process to reduce missed opportunities
  • Maintain accurate contact records, pipeline stages, tags, tasks, and notes
  • Troubleshoot workflow, integration, form, notification, and tracking issues
  • Create reporting dashboards for lead sources, response times, conversion activity, and follow‑up performance
  • Recommend improvements to the company’s CRM and marketing‑automation processes
Website Management and Technical Support
  • Manage routine website updates, page edits, forms, integrations, redirects, and back‑end configurations
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that may affect website usability, speed, tracking, or search performance
  • Maintain analytics, conversion tracking, pixels, forms, and CRM integrations
  • Work comfortably inside Webflow or a similar website platform
  • Coordinate with outside developers or specialists when more advanced technical work is required
  • Help maintain a polished, professional, and reliable online experience across desktop and mobile devices
SEO and AI Search Optimization
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy for the company website
  • Perform keyword research focused on luxury residential construction, custom homes, architects, designers, and qualified homeowners
  • Improve on‑page SEO, including titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, page structure, image optimization, and content relevance
  • Conduct technical SEO reviews and address issues related to indexing, crawling, site architecture, page speed, schema, and broken links
  • Develop local SEO strategies for Menlo Park, Silicon Valley, and surrounding service areas
  • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and search visibility
  • Identify content opportunities that can attract architects, design professionals, and high‑value residential clients
  • Optimize website content for AI‑assisted search experiences, answer engines, and generative search platforms
  • Improve the company’s visibility in searches performed through tools such as Google AI results, Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other emerging discovery platforms
  • Strengthen the website’s authority, clarity, structured data, and trust signals so its content can be more easily understood and referenced by search engines and AI systems
  • Stay informed about changes in SEO, generative engine optimization, search algorithms, and digital discovery behavior
Marketing Support and Reporting
  • Work with company leadership and the Marketing Coordinator to align lead‑generation systems with business priorities
  • Review lead and website data to identify areas for improvement
  • Track KPIs related to organic traffic, lead volume, conversion rates, follow‑up activity, and marketing effectiveness
  • Prepare clear reports explaining results, challenges, and recommended next steps
  • Support landing pages, campaigns, forms, and other digital marketing initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, website management, SEO, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent written English and the ability to create clear, polished, and professional content
  • Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage priorities independently
  • Comfortable working remotely with a U.S.-based team
  • Availability for occasional meetings or collaboration during Pacific Time business hours

Experience supporting a construction, real estate, architecture, design, luxury service, or high‑value professional‑services company is preferred but not required.

  • Opportunity to take ownership of important marketing and technology systems

Join a Team That Values Growth, Accountability, and Clear Communication

This is an opportunity for a skilled and resourceful digital professional to take ownership of systems that directly affect lead generation, response quality, website performance, and long‑term business growth.
