Overview:

100% Remote Full-time Position at GoHealth Urgent Care. We prioritize patient, community, and team member experiences by partnering with innovative health systems and staffing knowledgeable providers.

GoHealth has partnered with Legacy Health to expand urgent, primary, and behavioral health care across Oregon and Washington, utilizing advanced technology and patient access tools.

The Behavioral Health Professional will provide empathetic assessment and treatment to Legacy employees and dependents (adults and adolescents) via our telehealth platform, using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and psychoanalysis. The therapist will build trusted relationships and coordinate care with primary care providers, other behavioral health professionals, and community resources as needed.

Requirements

Education:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or similar.
• Candidate must reside in Oregon or Washington.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 3 years post-training experience required.

Licenses/Certifications:

• Active state licensure in Oregon or Washington in one of the following roles:
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• Licensed Professional Counselor
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Job Responsibilities

• Establish trusted relationships with patients remotely for behavioral health needs.
• Conduct individual psychotherapy and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Perform psychosocial evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with the treatment team.
• Utilize strong communication and customer service skills.
• Complete timely documentation, including diagnosis, CPT codes, and clinical notes for billing and compliance.
• Document medical and behavioral health histories, medications, and allergies.
• Participate in ongoing education to maintain current knowledge and skills.
• Provide care appropriate to adult patients, interpreting information to identify needs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and report hazards or unsafe activities.
• Perform other duties as required.
