The Goddard School of Spring House, PA is seeking an Education & Operations Director to lead daily school operations and drive growth. The role includes overseeing HR, onboarding, licensing, and curriculum implementation, while fostering a positive school culture.

We are part of a fast-growing team who is looking to add additional members to our leadership team. To assist with the development of our school we are looking to hire Education & Operations Directors. Our Directors will be central to the hiring and onboarding of our faculty, will assist with licensing and training, and will help us build a positive and nurturing culture. The leadership team will also consist of local onsite owners who have a proven track record of supporting the development of their faculty at other Goddard Schools in Pennsylvania. As our school gets ready to celebrate it's third birthday we are incredibly proud to have earned the NAEYC Accreditation+ and have been recognized as a STARS 4 School. In the past year we have become a Goddard School Circle of Excellence School, celebrating the top 5% of all schools nationwide.

Our school provides a safe environment for children aged 6 weeks - 5 years to learn and grow following The Goddard School programs and philosophies for learning. Central to this approach is that children learn best through play and we are excited to implement a brand-new curriculum called Wonders of Learning at The Goddard School. The Directors are responsible for daily management of the school, including Human Resources, Parent Communications, Curriculum Implementation, Touring Prospective Families, Achieving Goddard Systems and State Requirements, and other tasks as delegated by the Franchisee. Directors should also be prepared to assist with all responsibilities of our Teachers including, but not limited to, supervising children, changing diapers and assisting with toileting, interacting closely with children at their developmental levels, and implementing all Health & Safety standards set by Goddard Systems and the State.

We are looking for additional Directors to be available to begin as soon as Fall, 2026. To maintain our Department of Education license, we are requiring that all Director candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in Education and at least two year of experience in teaching. They should have management experience from a licensed childcare center to add additional expertise to the growth of our new school.
