Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides excellent customer service to store guests and at gas pumps, operates cash registers and lottery machines, manages inventory, cleans and stocks the store and parking lot, and processes vendor deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests
• Operate cash register and lottery machine
• Track cigarette and lottery ticket inventory
• Clean store and parking lot as needed
• Process vendor deliveries and replenish store stock
• Complete daily transaction paperwork

Requirements

• Minimum age 18
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical ability to move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to operate a POS system
