About the role:

Go4 is hiring its first Product Manager to lead the evolution of our two-sided marketplace that connects athletic trainers with job opportunities into the leading operating system for safety.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment. You will own full cycle development alongside our engineering team, including user research, roadmap planning, ticket creation, testing, and release/rollout management.You’ll work directly with leadership, engineering, and customer teams to modernize our platform, unify mobile and desktop experiences, and launch features that scale. This role reports directly to the COO.

What You’ll Do:

Product Management:

– Own and evolve the product roadmap in alignment with company goals

– Define product requirements and user stories based on customer feedback, data, and business needs

– Work closely with engineers to manage sprint planning, prioritization, and QA

– Wireframe and complete designs to create intuitive, efficient user experiences

– Communicate updates clearly across teams and ensure on-time feature delivery

Cross-Functional Partnership:

– Support customer success, sales, and marketing with product knowledge, documentation, and enablement

– Partner with customer success on segmented and tailored product marketing

Data Analysis & Management:

– Analyze user behavior, performance metrics, and market trends to guide product decisions

– Lead discovery sessions and gather feedback from end users and stakeholders

– Proactively adjust reporting for product changes

What you bring:

– 3+ years of experience in product management (marketplace experience preferred)

– Strong organizational and communication skills

– Experience working with agile development teams and tools like Jira and FIGMA

– A bias for action and the ability to manage projects end-to-end

– Comfort with user research, data analysis, and stakeholder alignment

– A self-starter mentality—you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and digging in
