Sim is Dune’s new multichain, real-time developer platform. It APIs provide wallet balances, NFTs, transactions, and holder data for over 60 blockchains with sub-second latency. We seek a Solutions Architect to work with our VP of GTM, guiding prospects from initial technical discussions through contract signing and beyond, to identify expansion opportunities.

This remote role is open to candidates on the US East Coast (EST) or Europe West (GMT or CEST). Applications from other time zones will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls translating business goals into Sim requirements.
• Create solution briefs for sales, product, and clients.
• Develop live demos or reference repositories demonstrating Sim’s advantages.
• Lead security and architecture reviews with CTOs and engineering leads.
• Collaborate with Account Executives pre-sale to accelerate closing and identify expansion opportunities.
• Translate field insights into specifications for new endpoints and performance targets.
• Share playbooks, sample code, and enablement materials to empower the revenue team.
• Log interactions in HubSpot to track efforts and refine sales funnel.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or solutions architecture for API or cloud infrastructure products.
• Hands-on experience with REST or GraphQL, basic SQL, and Solidity.
• Proven track record in guiding data-intensive integrations for crypto projects, exchanges, or web3 builders across multiple chains.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to prototype quickly in Python, TypeScript, or Go.
• Based on the US East Coast (EST) or Europe West (GMT or CEST).
