Job description

Go‑To‑Market Engineer (Outbound Strategy & Enablement)
  • Build and continually optimize a data‑driven outbound funnel that reliably books qualified meetings for our business.
  • We help our clients achieve their growth objectives by securing conversations with key customers, strategic investors, and influential media contacts.
Role Summary
  • Architect, launch, and optimize a scalable outbound engine for the company and select clients
  • Split focus: ~70% builder/operator, ~30% coach/mentor
  • Core channels: X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and email
Key Outcomes (First 2 weeks)
  • Scraped all of the followers of our founders, enriched this data on Clay, and provided it to our team
  • Launched an email/LinkedIn campaign
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Architecture
  • Map buyer journeys for each ICP
  • Select, integrate, and maintain the GTM tech stack (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, PhantomBuster, Zapier)
Campaign Creation
  • Develop persona‑based sequences for X DMs, LinkedIn InMails/comments, and multistep email cadences
  • A/B test hooks, offers, and CTAs; iterate rapidly on performance data
  • Own copy templates while preserving each brand’s voice
Enablement & Mentorship
  • Create step‑by‑step playbooks and Loom walkthroughs for repeatable execution
  • Lead weekly coaching sessions with the founder; troubleshoot obstacles and upskill on new tactics/AI tools
Client Delivery
  • Serve as a fractional GTM architect for select clients; onboard them to the system and customize sequences
  • Present insights and recommendations in executive‑ready formats
Continuous Improvement
  • Track key KPIs (open%, reply%, meetings booked, SQLs)
  • Maintain an experimental roadmap for new channels (e.g., Reddit, WhatsApp, cold video) and emerging AI‑assist tools
Desired Competencies
  • Deep technical command of modern outbound/GTM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Clay, Lemlist, Instantly, Zapier/Make, and custom GPT/LLM workflows)
  • Ability to stitch tools together into automated, scalable systems
  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable extracting insights from data to improve conversion rates
  • Clear communicator and natural teacher
Compensation
  • 3500 USD Monthly (Full-time Job)
