Qualifications

• :3–5 лет опыта разработки на Go, с фокусом на бэкенд-системы
• Опыт работы в финтех-приложениях ~3 года
• Понимание распределённых систем, микросервисной архитектуры и API-дизайна
• Опыт работы с SQL/NoSQL базами данных, брокерами сообщений (Kafka, NATS) и кешированием
• Опыт CI/CD, желательно GitLab
• Опыт работы с AWS
• Умение объяснять сложные идеи в команде
• Свободное владение английским и русским языками
• Безопасность по дизайну и требования FinTech (PCI DSS, GDPR)
• Опыт в оптимизации производительности и высокодоступных системах

Responsibilities

• Проектирование и разработка Go-бэкэнд-сервисов для платформы выпускa карт, обеспечивая жизненный цикл карт, кошельки/балансы, сборы и расчёты, авторизацию и расчёты, с акцентом на стабильность и точность финансовых операций
• Перевод бизнес-требований в технические спецификации и решения на уровне сервисов/модулей, включая API-дизайн и интеграции
• Обеспечение безопасности, включая PCI DSS, обработку чувствительных данных и защищённую межсервисную коммуникацию
• Анализ и оптимизация производительности, профилирование кода, управление данными и сетевыми взаимодействиями
• Участие в принятии решений по микросервисной архитектуре, границах сервисов, паттернам коммуникации, балансировке нагрузки, очередях/потоках и хранению данных
• Писать поддерживаемый, тестируемый код с покрытием юнит- и интеграционных тестов, соответствующий стандартам команды
• Р reviewing код, оценка реализации и предложение конструктивной обратной связи в рамках текущей архитектуры

Задачи:

Design and develop Go-based services for a card-issuing platform, covering card lifecycle, wallets and balances, fees and commissions, authorization, and clearing flows, with a focus on stability, fault tolerance, and accurate financial operations Translate business requirements into technical specifications and propose solutions at the service and module levels, including API design, data models, and integrations with external providers Build solutions that comply with security requirements, including PCI DSS, sensitive data handling, and secure inter-service communication Analyze and optimize service performance, including code profiling, concurrency, data storage, and network interactions Participate in microservices architecture decisions covering service boundaries, communication patterns, load balancing, error handling, queues and streaming, and data storage Produce maintainable, testable code with appropriate unit and integration test coverage, following team development standards Review code, evaluate implementations, identify issues, and provide constructive feedback aligned with technical requirements Contribute practical solutions to technical discussions within the current architecture and development processes

Требования:

• 3–5 Years of Go development experience focused on backend systems
• Around 3 years of experience working with fintech applications
• Understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design, including REST/RPC transports
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, message brokers such as Kafka and NATS, and caching systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, preferably GitLab
• Experience with AWS
• Ability to contribute expertise and collaborate with the team on technical solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical ideas to colleagues with varying technical backgrounds
• Fluent written and spoken English and Russian
• Security-by-design mindset
• Understanding of fintech regulatory requirements, such as PCI DSS and GDPR
• Experience in performance optimization and building high-availability systems
• Experience with observability tools for logging, metrics, and tracing, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
