Job description

Job Title: Go Cart Track Attendant

Join us at Mt Hood Skibowl Winter & Summer Resort as a Go Cart Track Attendant.

Responsibilities

• Check height and age requirements of patrons.
• Check tickets.
• Assist customers in and out of go-karts.
• Push go-karts that are stuck.
• Test, adjust, and monitor pitching machines.
• Assist customers with seat belts and exiting zip line.
• Adjust and repair tire barriers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the area.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Additional Job Functions

• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Help in other departments as needed.
• Separate trash and recyclables.
• Address issues promptly and assist customers.

Non-essential Functions

• Collaborate with multiple departments.
• Assist in other areas as required.
• Handle guest concerns professionally.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors.
• Ability to handle high volumes of people courteously.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Ability to work in a team and adhere to appearance standards.
• Reliability and willingness to work holidays and weekends.
• Ability to stand for entire shift and lift at least 40 lbs.
