Job description

What we are looking for:

GO’C is looking for a talented and creative Staff Architect to join our team. This role will be involved in projects from concept through construction which range from custom homes, floating architecture, wellness and hospitality through to art galleries and community hubs. GO’C requires a motivated, pro‑active team player with a strong emphasis on creativity and detail with the ability to work collaboratively to translate ideas to reality at every scale.

Qualifications:
  • Professional degree in architecture
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Fluent in Revit and Enscape preferred
  • Proficiency in Autocad
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience with WA permitting and building code analysis
Office & Hybrid Hours:

Standard work week is 40 hours with Monday through Thursday in the office. Fridays are hybrid allowing employees to work from home or at the office. Daily hours are 8.30-5.30pm (includes a 1 hour lunch).

Compensation:

Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

GO’C offers medical, dental and life insurance to employees. Employees accrue a minimum of 2 per 40 paid time off (PTO) during their first year and observe 9 holidays per year.
