Qualifications

• Several years of experience building internet-based software.
• Experience driving technical designs for backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product team to deliver user-facing features that improve team health and effectiveness.
• Work on a service-oriented architecture using gRPC and Go; some familiarity with Go is required.
• Contribute to integrations, a core part of our product strategy and system complexity.
• Ensure deployments to AWS occur automatically after code check-ins.
• Support high-availability production services and monitor reliability.
• Help protect customer data confidentiality and security, aligning with OWASP standards.
