Job summary

Talos is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to join our Dealer team for the Summer 2027. This intern will work on a critical project related to our high-performance trading systems, contributing to tools that support trading decision-making and performance evaluation.

This is a 12-week internship running from June 1, 2027 to August 27, 2027, designed to design and build components in Go to enhance Talos's Order Management System and add analytics to measure impact and iteratively improve

Qualifications

• Class of 2028 pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in at least one compiled language (Go, C++, Java).
• Experience with backend systems in production environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Trading team to define project scope and milestones.
• Prepare design docs and participate in architecture discussions.
• Build features in Go to enhance Talos's Order Management System (OMS).
• Add analytics and metrics to measure impact of changes.
