Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or engineering.
• 3+ years of professional Go development experience.
• Experience building cloud-native and containerized applications.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and cybersecurity.
• Performance tuning and scalability optimization experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using Go (Golang).
• Build scalable RESTful APIs, gRPC services, and microservice-based applications.
• Develop high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems.
• Implement concurrent and asynchronous processing using goroutines and channels.
• Integrate applications with databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Optimize application performance, resource utilization, and reliability.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Develop automated unit, integration, and performance tests.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
