Job summary

SITECH Northeast is seeking experienced foremen and surveying specialists to join a growing team in Vermont. You will train customers on Trimble products, act as the SME for Robotic Total Station and GNSS-based layout, and support 3D modeling with TBC for takeoffs.

Travel to new sites is anticipated, with emphasis on combining technology and hands-on field work. Qualification includes a high school diploma, solid survey background, and familiarity with Trimble/Leica/Topcon tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with construction site layout using GNSS and Robotic Total Station technologies.
• Strong survey techniques/background, know your way around grade stakes, blue prints and 3D models.
• Familiarity with Trimble, Leica, and/or Topcon layout technologies used in the field.
• Desire to use technologies such as Trimble Business Center, Siteworks, Works Manager, Works OS, TDS Survey Pro, Carlson CE, Topcon Pocket 3D or CAD-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Train customers on Trimble branded products in one-on-one or small groups.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for construction layout using Robotic Total Stations and GNSS.
• Develop skill sets to support Trimble Business Center software (TBC) for 3D modeling and takeoff.
• Manage file organization on construction sites for automated machine control and layout.
• Travel to new locations potentially daily.
