Overview

Guest Room Attendant

Guest Room Attendants (GRA) play a significant role by ensuring all guest rooms are cleaned and serviced, providing a comfortable, welcoming, and pleasant experience for guests.


Responsibilities

  • Clean guest rooms according to department guidelines and high standards.

  • Ensure all room amenities are stocked and displayed in the appropriate manner.

  • Ensure all fixtures are in perfect working order.

  • Change bed linen, make beds, replace towels, dust, vacuum, mop floors and empty trash.

  • Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.

  • Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds without assistance and more than 55 pounds with assistance.

  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment.

  • Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift.

  • Must exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service.

  • Communication skills needed to understand and respond to guests’ requests.

  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors/Manager.
