Job summary

ASI’s Civil Aviation team is modernizing America’s air traffic control systems with real-time trajectory prediction and decision-support software. We are seeking a GNC Software Engineer to design, implement, and validate algorithms that track and plan trajectories for thousands of aircraft in the NAS.

You will apply state estimation, physics, and optimization, collaborating across teams to deliver robust, safety-critical software in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing algorithms for mission-critical applications.
• Domain experience in aviation or related fields where physical systems are modeled and controlled.
• Proficiency in Rust and Python is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and validate GNC software for NAS trajectory tracking and planning.
• Analyze real-time data to monitor and control thousands of aircraft safely.
