Job summary

Reflect Orbital is seeking a GNC Engineer to predict the performance of a novel space vehicle. You will have the opportunity to develop and own a 6-DOF simulation along with designing controllers implemented on hardware that heads to space.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional GNC engineering experience, ideally on spacecraft or dynamically controlled vehicles.
• Experience implementing attitude control and estimation algorithms on spacecraft.
• Experience with verification and validation of GNC flight software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own 6-DOF simulation for vehicle attitude and orbital performance.
• Design controllers for hardware that will go to space.
• Work with avionics engineers for reliable attitude determination.
