Job summary

Sterling Care Rockville is seeking a dedicated GNA to provide safe daily resident care, assist with mobility, bathing, dressing, and feeding, and to document care in our respectful, resident-centered environment.

You will transport residents as needed, maintain a clean, safe unit, support positive interactions with visitors, and join a team that values compassion, reliability, and teamwork. Must be state-registered and have a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must be state-registered GNA with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Provide safe daily resident care according to policies and procedures.
• Document and communicate resident care information clearly.
