Job summary

Copper Ridge Nursing is seeking a full-time GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) for the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift to care for residents under supervision. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, and assisting with daily needs while maintaining compassionate communication with residents and staff.

Ideal candidates will have completed GNA training, hold a Maryland GNA license, and demonstrate reliability and strong interpersonal skills in a supportive, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active Maryland State GNA License.
• Strong communicator.
• Ability to stand/kneel/lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with daily care related to bathing, grooming, and daily living needs.
• Assist with medications under supervision of nursing staff.
• Communicate with residents and team to ensure quality care.
