Job summary

Keswick in Baltimore, MD is seeking dedicated GNA/CNA-1 certified staff for full-time and part-time evening, day, and night shifts, including every other weekend. You will provide day-to-day direct care, assist with ADLs, and help residents maintain the highest practical level of functioning.

Keswick is a not-for-profit aging services organization with over 140 years of experience. We offer $19-$23/hour plus shift and weekend differentials.

Qualifications

• Current and valid GNA/CNA-1 certification in good standing with the Maryland Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direct care to residents/patients.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) according to standards and nursing care procedures.
• Compassionately support residents to achieve the highest practical level of functioning.

What will I do as a GNA with Keswick?

• Provide day-to-day direct care to residents/patients.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations and Keswick's nursing care standards.
• Compassionately provide care, helping residents/patients maintain or attain the highest practical level of functioning.

What is required in this GNA position?

• Currentand valid Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA)/CNA-1 certification in good standing with the Maryland Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care preferred.
