Alliance Staffing Solutions LLC is hiring a compassionate Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) to provide high-quality direct patient care in hospitals, rehabs, SNFs, and LTC settings across Baltimore, Laurel, Towson, and surrounding Maryland locations. The ideal candidate will hold an active Maryland GNA license, have CPR/BLS certification, and at least two years of relevant experience, with the ability to work a flexible

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Geriatric Nursing Assistant license (required).
• Minimum 2 years of GNA experience in healthcare settings preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs accurately.
• Observe and report changes to the supervising nurse.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and ROM exercises.
• Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and comfort.
• Document patient care per facility policies.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Support nurses and healthcare team as directed.
• Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and families.
