Compensation

• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for all full-time hires
• Competitive pay: $18.03 - $20.41/hr

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, oral care, and other basic needs
• Perform vital signs at the beginning of each shift and as directed
• Respond to calls for assistance and observe changes in residents’ behavior, emotional, or physical condition
• Complete required documentation promptly
• Assist in transporting residents as needed
• Provide companionship and ensure residents' safety
• Motivate residents to stay active and engaged
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment

Qualifications

• Current GNA certification and license in Maryland
• Positive and professional attitude
• Ability to work well in a team
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus
• Effective communication skills
• Calm, patient demeanor when dealing with residents
• Attentive listening skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to adapt to changing assignments
